By March 5, 2014 No Comments

A Bank of Ireland mortgage, registered on lands in 2007 and on foot of which the bank appointed receivers

is being challenged in the High Court on the grounds the charge, as registered, is null and void.

The applicants, a UK-based Property and investment Company (SE) Ltd , claims it became the owner of the property in March 2013 and that the loan although approved was never drawn down.

Mr Justice Paul Gilligan adjourned the matter till Thursday the 6th of March on certain terms.
