John Bowe, Peter Fitzpatrick and Denis Casey the three former bankers accused of transferring €7.2 billion
to Anglo to give investors the impression it had larger deposits appeared before Mr justice Michael Walsh.
Judge Michael Walsh allowed the State extra time to prepare books of evidence against the three. He adjourned the case till the 1st of May. However the 3 defending solicitors Michael Hanahoe, Dara Robinson and Michael Hennessey said there was consent to the case being put back for a longer period to ensure the prosecution’s books of evidence will have been completed. Judge Walsh agreed and adjourned the case to mid-June.
